[workaround available] Updating GPU driver seems to cause the window to stop detecting monitors

Just wanted to say: Thanks for your app! Makes switching color profiles for games like EFT a lot easier 💖

Workaround/fix: I hit the "Reset" option and after the app closed and reopened, the monitors came back. Had to redo my profiles though, but no biggie. Everything works after using the reset option!

note: I used DDU (https://www.guru3d.com/download/display-driver-uninstaller-download/) for cleaner driver installs. It removes monitors as part of the process, so that could have affected it.

I think it's because when you update the driver, either the UUID of the monitor or the UUID of the GPU changes in the json file, so the app isn't able to reconcile your "new" "old" monitor. That's why the reset worked --- it cleared out the data and allowed the app to start again.
