Update course information

Current process for updating course information is slow & poorly documented (Need to download CSV from lou's list, run a separate ruby parsing script, and load into database)

Options:

1. Make lou's list CSV parser more robust
2. Upgrade to use DevHub API's preloaded json format, and then load into schema. Write a ruby script that's integrated into app & modifies app database (run manually once a semester).

Current update script is located in branch update-example. Specifically, lou/orm.rb is the ruby script that parses Lou's List CSV data and updates the database (it looks into the data/ directory.
