Feature request: opening archived files

Just an idea for the online browser - very often I find a packed file on the net (usually .zip or .lzh) which I first have to download, unpack and upload it to the browser instead of just pointing an URL to it.

Would it be possible to open also archived files, scan for the first HYP (usually it is the only one) and display that?

I'll have to look into that. Standa's original site claims to have support for something like that, but IIRC it never worked (can't check at the moment, the site is not accessible)

The problem would be to

• find out the file type (can only think about just looking at the extension at the moment)
• and to scan the archive.

The latter is not trivial, because the scripts cache the hyp file (otherwise you would have to upload it everytime you click on a link to a different page), and therefore has to ensure that it is stored in a certain directory. That means i have to junk any pathnames that might be stored in the archive.
