@taradinoc - it's an issue i faced myself (besides ~15 reports) several times before i stopped using it. And this even in a nearly Vanilla game. It happened out of nowhere.

im having a lot of the same issues but i dont think its this mod. i can reset nodes between the line disconnection itll fix those connections but disconnect the next set of stops. but i do think this mod on occasion creates ghost stops only way i find those is broken node detector mod.
(Only my reasoning as to why i think so) i had buses on highways just stopping saying boarding jamming the highway. would make me curious, was no stop and wasnt in the line list, broke node detector found them and made it possible to remove

I also have issues with Traffic Volume and AutoLineColor Redux.
AutoLineColor Redux breaks sometimes transport lines, and it has old coding. Since public transport has changed a couple of times in the base game, I would reconsider removing this mod from the modlist compatible with the latest software version (Hubs & Transport patch (1.16.1 f2)

Unclear which other mods may be involved, if any.
