You can send files over tailcat a good number of different ways, but the CLI tool makes no opinion on the topic.
We should just add a subcommand to move a file.
And maybe include https://github.com/gokrazy/rsync too, so you can always assume it's present?
Also: look into whether we registered the sftp subsystem to the SSH server.
