docs/GAME_DESIGN.md§9 3층 흐름층 기준으로, 끊긴 다리를 여러 방식으로 해결할 수 있는 복수 해법 퍼즐을 구현한다. 플레이어가 "한 목표를 여러 방법으로 풀 수 있다"를 처음 체감하는 층이다.구현 범위
