목적
docs/GAME_DESIGN.md§4 "게임 시작 흐름" 기준으로, 플레이어가 게임을 켜고 1층 바닥에 서기까지의 모든 흐름을 만든다. 현재는 Play 버튼만 누르면 1층 한가운데 spawn된다.범위 분리
