Feature: Splash Screen - Recent Projects #8
Description
Within the splash screen there is an option to view "Recent" projects. This UI was designed to make opening projects easy and quick without the user having to always press "Open" and find their project.
The ask for this issue is that we create a UI that can show recent projects.
Whenever a project is created or opened, we should track that to feed the new interface.
Additionally, consider clean up tasks such as removing from recents, searching etc.
