FEAT-08: Accept multiple directory arguments in a single invocation

Allow scanning multiple root directories in one run and merging the results into a single output:

```sh
excod src/ tests/ docs/
```

Files should be deduplicated by path, with the final output containing all matched files across all provided directories. Useful for monorepos or when only specific subdirectories are relevant context.
