Pulsar Highlight

(Required. This is a new session of weekly updates. On call eng please select one or two highlighted progress of Pulsar from Development/Notable Feature/Notable Bug fix. We would like this highlight more detailed, please try best to include: on which condition we decided to add this development/feature/bug fix, what is this development/feature/bug fix, what this progress can achieve.

Example: We recieved a lot of request from community that the speed of our car is too slow, thus we added an accelerator, with which users can maximize their speed at 100km/h.
