Mapbox server is Down

Good evening, the Mapbox server was working a few moments ago for downloading images, but now it's not loading. Is there an update to the Access Key or URL?

Could you please look into the problem?

Additionally, what year are the maps provided by Mapbox from? Which server offers the most up-to-date images with good quality?

Hi, I'll have to look into this. Is it still not working? I haven't used FSET in a while, since I've largely moved to MSFS 2024.

This is still an issue, I'm not sure if this is due to a bad service config, or if the preview works differently. It does mean that I couldn't really get this to work and I had to use ortho4xp instead.

That's weird. I use the same Mapbox.lay file in FSET as ortho4xp and ortho4xpfsxp3d use. Maybe it's the way the program is handling the lay file which is wrong.

I'll try to take a look in the coming days. Sorry, I've been extremely busy lately.

I can update and say that I did actually see it working, but then got more errors, some related to .NET4 not being installed, despite actually being installed, so rather than a mapbox error, it seems like a problem with dependencies.

Weird. I haven't used FSET in a while. Is your windows set to English?

Please fix this if possible! Such a great application and would be sad to lose it. It stopped working for me also in the last week and unless waiting for a long time it just says Images requested. It also says "cannot web-access engine4 and an arcgis address. Using Windows in English as asked above.

Hi, I had a similar issue. It turned out I’d used up my free tiles limit. There was no notification. After logging into the Mapbox website and paying the outstanding balance, access was restored
