Feature Request: Implementing Tailwind Support

Awesome work on react-clean-start.

I noticed Tailwind support is planned next, and I’d love to contribute by taking that up.

My plan is to implement Tailwind setup directly into the CLI generation flow by automatically adding the required dependencies, configuration files, and initial project structure.

If you're open to it, I can start working on a PR. Let me know if you have any architectural preferences or implementation direction you'd like followed before I begin.

If you want to implement tailwind support then go ahead, keep it optional with flags like --tailwind, and if possible make it compatible with both vite and cra. Thanks for offering to contribute, if you have any questions feel free to ask...

Hey @sri443,

I've completed the implementation and opened PR #2.

The PR adds optional --tailwind support with Tailwind CSS v4 compatibility for both Vite and CRA projects, while remaining compatible with the existing --ts and --folders flags.
