Click on commit in the Blame view no longer select commit in the graph

After updating to 2025.40 (from 2025.39 I suppose) clicking on hyperlink with commit SHA does nothing.

Highting selected SHA in commit graph works only when this commit is currently showing in the graph (has not been filtered out)

Maybe that is happening when clicked commit SHA equals the SHA in the top-right corner of the dialog. I noticed that on the file with only one commit which adds it.
