Describe the bug

For some time, we're experiencing "random" errors when viewing content of files after a search: "Error loading file source".

Hitting refresh/F5 in the browser a few times make the content appear/disappear.

No error in the Sourcebot logs nor in the browser console.

( I can share a video with you in private if needed to confirm the case. )

To reproduce

Unfortunately I don't have a consistent repro case.

@gaeljw are you noticing this occurring soon after upgrades / restarts?

We are using zoekt for loading file sources. On startup, zoekt-webserver takes some time to load all of the shards. My theory is that we are hitting this issue because the file source that is attempting to load has not had it's associated shard loaded yet. If that is indeed the problem, then #574 should resolve this issue.

What I find quite surprising is that hitting refresh (in the browser) a few times in a row make the content appear or disappear. Over 10 reloads of the page, maybe a third to half fail with the error.

(We have only one instance of Sourcebot running)

Hmm ok - #665 improves the error messages for this to help diagnose what's happening.

Hey @gaeljw is there any additional info you can share for this? If there's any way you can send us the problematic file so we can repro locally that would be great
