Textbook should be loaded from language directory

A language may come with a textbook, e.g. SICP for Scheme, SICP-JS for JavaScript, and SICPy for Python. The language directory should specify the URL of the textbook json files, along with the string for the button for the textbook in the frontend, e.g. "SICP JS".
