You did a great job of iterating on your design to deliver something with the right functionality. I was curious to find out if your piano could be played like a normal piano or if your tones had to finish before another one could be started. In either case, great job on mocking this up and making it functional. The only thing I can add is that your Pi display could have been added to show which note was just played. That would be helpful for beginners like me to know what is what. If you were to build on this, you could even use it as a tutorial piano by displaying lights above a key to be pressed to help people learn how to play specific songs.
