CH detections appear listed as 'Flare Forecast 2 Detections'

Since the CHARM heading was removed from the left panel of the website, when you arrive on a day when there was atually CHARM detections, you see:

Flare Forecast
2 Detections

for instance. I think you just need to check for 'is there at least one CHARM detection' and then if so, include the CHARM heading so you see:

Flare Forecast
CHARM
2 Detections
