Add settings

From this moment You can use settings.
For example code in build-file:
settings = example.xml
Code in example.xml:

<!--example-->
<settings>
    <project>
          <name>Example</name>
          <version>1.0.0</version>
          <entrypoint>#main</entrypoint>
    </project>
</settings>

And to our project add constants name = "Example" version = new Version(1, 0, 0). Else when run project will run function main.

It`s the simplest example of using settings.
