Use parallel resistors if there is no nice standard resistor. They must be 1%.

Hmm there is 0.699 V on FB not 0.5 V as data sheet says: http://www.ti.com/lit/ds/slvsa92a/slvsa92a.pdf.
Maybe it is better to replace it with a fixed output regulator.
