Add notice that physical maps created with TouchMapper should still follow the OSM attribution guidelines #35

Description

@infeeeee

Attribution is correctly displayed on TouchMapper, thank you for that. But maps created with this tool are still based on OSM, so the same licensing terms should apply, and users should be notified about this.

Related section from attribution guideline:

Books, magazines, and printed maps

For a printed map and similar media (that is ebooks, PDFs and so on), the credit must appear beside the map if that is where other such credits appear, or in a footnote/endnote if that is where other credits appear, or in the “acknowledgements” section of the publication (often at the start of a book or magazine) if that is where other credits appear. The URL to openstreetmap.org/copyright must be printed out.

Background: I recently had a conversation with an artist who printed maps with the help if TouchMapper. They reasoned that they don't need to attribute OSM, because they downloaded the file from TouchMapper, not from OSM, and there is no words on that maps created with TouchMapper should attribute someone else.
