notes aren't cleared when a new script is loaded

steps to reproduce

• load flora
• select doubledecker as the nb voice (in the inputs/outputs section of the params menu)
• load a different script from the select menu

result: the doubledecker note hangs and requires an sc restart to free it up
expected: all doubledecker notes should clear when a new script is loaded
