Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It would be useful to have a 'Getting Started' manual describing how to create a new aplication in a fresh SITMUN installation.

Describe the solution you'd like
A step-by-step description explaining how to set up a new SITMUN viewer for a new territory. New Role, new users... etc. Both for public and private acces.

Describe alternatives you've considered
The admin APP could have some wizards and validators to simplify the creation of a new viewer.
