Unable to authorize Zoom integration

When clicking Connect to Zoom in Sim, I'm redirected to Zoom, but instead of the OAuth consent screen I receive the following error:

"Unable to install this app without the developer's account. Please contact the app developer to install."

It appears the Zoom Marketplace app cannot be installed/authorized for my account

I was thinking that for each org, we can let org owners create their own Zoom app and paste their client ID and client secret. And start using their own app rather than relying on external apps. This is a blocker to using Zoom. Let me know if this can be done or if there is a better solution.
