• Observation: The primary CTA is "Submit a Briefing". This is excellent. However, the secondary fallback is a Matrix link (@serendipities:matrix.org). Matrix is a highly technical, niche communication protocol.

• Recommendation: If the target audience is senior enterprise executives (who typically live in Teams, Outlook, or LinkedIn), a Matrix link may cause friction or confusion. If you want a secure, direct channel, signal why Matrix is used (e.g., "For end-to-end encrypted correspondence..."), or provide a more conventional executive alternative (like a direct LinkedIn message prompt).
