Show data in disabled WS's

(this is a can of worms and low priority, because it will make users also want to add data in these WS's)

For disabled WS's, the fields should be shown then and only then when there's data in them.

FieldWorks seems to always sort disabled WS's to the end of the WS list even if they're sorted before enabled WS's in the configure dialog in FieldWorks.
