Move Generator prerequisites to the start of the Run a Generator flow

Description

The current docs don’t make the prerequisites clear enough when a user starts from Run a Generator.

The prerequisites are currently mentioned on the Registration page, which means users may only discover them later in the setup process.

Expected Outcome

A user starting from Run a Generator should immediately understand:

1. What prerequisites they need.
2. What the overall Shinzo setup flow looks like.
3. When registration fits into that flow.

This should reduce confusion and prevent users from discovering required prerequisites only later in the Registration step.

• Have two sections within that page:
  • Hardware Requirements
  • Registration Requirements
