[BUG] Many features failing simultaneously

What happened?

The primary application has been failing with many features simultaneously, and I have been unable to resolve the bug on my own (Reinstalling app, removing registry keys, repairing windows), the failing features include: Several Audio clips not playing, Main Avatar slot not remembering last used avatar, Settings features becoming unresponsive, and UI being interactable even when overlaid with another UI panel. I assume it is caused by one thing, and am thus packaging this into one bug report, as I believe that this is one bug

Steps to Reproduce

I am unsure, this just happened spontaneously and without warning. I have not modded the software at all, and have only been using it for a few days

Found out that the issue was due to the application's settings file, which was:

1. Hidden in AppData's LocalLow folder. (just a note-to-self, as I wouldn't know about which folder is for what)
2. completely zeroed out, an unfortunate tell that my pc crashed while the Unity backend was saving.

If I could make a suggestion, perhaps making a check for this issue to auto-fix it might be helpful, alongside a notification explaining the issue, I'd rather see my settings reset than have a broken app. Or, making a backup copy of the file with a "_old" suffix, like Minecraft's NBT level data system.

My software also encountered this problem: I cannot adjust the character size, the UI has no sound, the options set cannot be executed, and every time I restart the application, it cannot correctly load the saved model. My version is Steam.

The fix that I found was to go to "C:\Users\[Your User Folder]\AppData\LocalLow\Shinymoon\MateEngineX" and then delete the file "settings.json", this will force the app to re-create the file, and make it usable again
