- It would be nice to be able to tailor the Support "tab" in the SYM-Helper's Settings to whatever it would be needed since this is just text and content.

- For example our knowledgebase doesnt uses a number "KB123456" like most knowledgebases, instead its a Title name, so I would like to change the title "KB:" to something else like "Article:" or the Team Website title to Open a Ticket and just be able to add a link to the value.
Describe alternatives you've considered
- Search through the code to see these values represented and hard code it there, but this defeats some of the purpose of SYM-Helper.
