Inventory tab scroll buttons appear when they don't need to

Second Life Project Flat UI 26.2.0.23875064053 (64bit)

Description

When one or more of the inventory tabs is hidden by the user, the scroll buttons appear when they don't need to. This is in the flat UI build, not the current production build.

Reproduction steps

1. Open inventory floater
2. Use the hamburger menu to hide one of the inventory tabs
3. Reduce the width of the floater until the scroll buttons appear
