Failing Impact Reports in BBNJ Project

When I draw a particularly large MPA, the reports under the Impacts tab - GFW and Cumulative Impacts rasters - all fail. I've posted the shape here: https://www.seasketch.org/bbnj/app/forums/387/733#post-2454

It’s working now. I disabled virtual resampling, which was causing an out of memory error. This means any pixel touching the polygon will be counted, rather than dividing it up based on proportion overlapped.

I'm going to leave this ticket open though. VRM was set to "auto", and ideally that setting would anticipate these sorts of problems and adapt on it's own with having to disable VRM manually.
