[BUG] Rearranging the order of workspaces in Affinity by Canva causes a crash.

Affinity by Canva gives the ability to reorder your workspaces by dropping down the studio manager and simply dragging your workspace up or down the list, which reflects a change in the buttons on the top of the screen.

If I attempt to do this, the program immediately hangs and then crashes consistently. This behavior occurs even if all workspaces are deactivated before any reordering occurs.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open Affinity by Canva
2. Open the studio manager using the triple dot icon next to the workspace buttons.
3. Click and hold on any workspace, and drag it to a different position.

Expected behaviour

What should occur is a persistent changing of the order of the workspaces, and in the order of the buttons for said workspaces.

This appears to be happening at Serif.Windows.DragDrop.DragDrop:631 for someone smarter than me who can look into this.
