Upload models to STScI Box and add capability to retrieve the models into the repo?

Upload the supported models to STScI Box so that users can retrieve the supported models. Include checksum so that it can be verified the user retrieved all the models so boundary checks of stellar parameters will function correctly.

This would be instead of having them downloaded and stored as a requirement of the user, would make it easier for collaborators and others to get setup and start using the software.
