**Urgent** All old agents are not being **Train** & Unable to access documentation api after updating Articulate V1.0.0 Release

we just update the Articulate to its latest version V1.0.0 Release
we are facing two issue

1. All old agents are not being Train [showing some error: Error: An internal server error occurred.]
2. Unable to access documentation api

System Info.
Operating Environment:
Version 80.0.3987.149 (Official Build) (64-bit) V1.0.0 Ubuntu 18.04 running on Chrome over the cloud on a AWS C5.2xlarge instance.
