[Feature] Select which Notification to sync

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When I get a WhatsApp/Signal/Discord Notification, I get the notification from the installed Client on my Mac as well as the synced notification from my phone. In these cases I don't want to get the Notification from my phone.

Describe the solution you'd like
Either a blacklist or a whitelist would solve the problem. I would like to have the option to activate a filter, that's allows/blocks Notification from specific apps.
