DateTimePicker Icon did not show

Seems there is incompatible with the latest bootstrap v3.1.1...

The icon-arrow-left and icon-arrow-right did not show any icon.....

Looking forward for the update.... :)

PS : I use the following bootstrap : https://github.com/twbs/bootstrap
