config files for ipvanish not downloading

Looks like ipvanish changed something on their end and broke this container. The .ovpn configs are no longer being downloaded to /cache/openvpn/ipvanish/

The workaround for me was to copy them in manually

This may be the problem:
https://www.ipvanish.com/software/configs/configs.zip redirects to an html page

perhaps change to:
https://configs.ipvanish.com/configs/configs.zip

I also have the config files in the folder /cache/openvpn/ipvanish/
copied.
Unfortunately, the container does not connect. I get the following error message.

[2023-01-24 03:56:29 INF] [openvpn ] Creating ipvanish DE vpn.
[2023-01-24 03:56:29 ERR] [openvpn ] No config files found country DE. ignoring
[2023-01-24 03:56:29 ERR] [openvpn ] Failed to create DE vpn.

Does anyone have an idea what this could be?

The Docker run command below works for DE IPvanish. I randomly picked two FRA servers here (one as backup). Note that VPN_INCLUDED_REMOTES specifies IPvanish server hostnames specified in the associated .ovpn config files. The -v maps the container's /cache directory to the local host directory where the config files were copied to.
