So in baseline view, FLEx is putting section characters after phrase elements. In gloss/analyze/tag views, those also show, but they also break lines. If you hit shift+enter it doesn't show section break characters. There is a way to do a line break (not paragraph break) as well as paragraph break in FLEx. It would be good to create a new text, put both line breaks (shift+enter) and paragraph breaks (enter) in there and then compare how that's represented in FLEXTEXT format and have our script take that into account (so that it's creating line breaks instead of section break characters).
