Update to 5.7?

Hey - Would you guys consider bumping the illuminate packages to 5.7 to prevent conflicts with newer packages?

I am running into issues with composer packages as we move to up to update to PHP 8

you can fork this project and add support for it yourself, as the roots org will not be directly pushing further updates to sage 9. there's four existing PR's for you to already try out.
