Support random batreaux crystal counts

• Audit code that assumes the current fixed counts (opaque bits, pretty item names)
• Add user-provided crystal counts to tracker state
• Add a UI control for the user to enter crystal counts, likely in the Batreaux check list?
• Create the necessary dynamic requirements
• Show counts in check name
