What to build

After the MVP proves the shared core and Codex adapter, add the second native adapter and optional connector/automation expansion without making those roadmap surfaces first-release blockers.

Acceptance criteria

• Claude Code adapter defaults to a namespaced command and treats bare /loop as explicit opt-in.
• Adapter tests prove command-name conflict handling.
• Connector examples are optional and do not require paid hosted services.
• Scheduled automation recipes remain read-only or triage-only unless durable human approval exists.
• Marketplace/distribution docs describe both agent ecosystems accurately.
