[bug] Unable to save certificate file

Describe the bug
I'm getting an error when exporting a .pm or .crt file to attach to the device. As you can see in the screenshot, it says to delete the folder in Download/, but I've tried it a few times (it just creates an empty folder anyway) and deleted it, but it still gives the same error and keeps creating empty folders again.

I solved the certificate problem, it's partially working now. I've been happily using Reqable for a long time without any problems, but in the last week or two I've noticed that it can't capture all the traffic, or even if it does, it captures it much slower than before. Or sometimes it doesn't activate at all (reqable is working but not capturing any traffic). I'm not making any mistakes; I've tried it repeatedly.

And everything has been configured correctly (API=23, network_sec_conf, etc.)

Thanks for reporting, would you like to provide me some logs? Turn on Traffic Log in app settings, long press the logo/avatar icon in the side-menu, and export the log here.
