Subject: [PATCH] chore: retire docs changelog, point to canonical apex
 changelog

Remove the parallel Changelog tab from the docs nav and delete the lone
entry. The marketing site at rendobar.com/changelog/ is now the single
source of truth. Add a navbar link to it and redirect the old docs
changelog URLs there.
