[FR] Having the chance to have prebuilt host k-mer as an input

Hello all,

Thanks for creating this tool. I was wondering if there is any chance to have an alternative host input parameter to use a prebuilt host database?

My use case is to include PHIST in a command line app, but I would love to have a pre-built kmer database of my bacterial hosts so I can ship my app with them and then and use PHIST with the prebuilt host kmer db.

Could it be feasible?
