Create phactory website

@rbone what do you think about creating a Github-pages website for this project?

Currently there is only other Phactory solution, but I don't think it is as good as this one, and it seems it is broken with PHP 5.4:

I reckon that's a good idea, although I'm not sure how soon I'd be able to put something together. If you're interested in helping out with it I'm certainly open to it.

Also slightly related, but given your frequent and high quality contributions I'd be happy to give you commit access to Phactory if you're interested?
