'fatal' error trying to add buckets

every scoop bucket add command i execute produces the same error:

Error given:
fatal: unable to access '{url}': SSL certificate problem: unable to get local issuer certificate

Not sure what I'm doing wrong though. I've checked that ExecutionPolicy is set to RemoteSigned.

Sorry, I don't know of a solution. If you are using scoop, try switching to @Ash258's fork, and see if that works for you:

call scoop install 7zip git
call scoop config SCOOP_REPO "https://github.com/Ash258/Scoop-Core"
call scoop config SCOOP_BRANCH "NEW"
call scoop update
call scoop status
call scoop checkup
