Document workarounds for those unable to install `brev` CLI

Alternative to brev: "Open Notebook", on instance, then within "Launcher", click "Terminal" to run commands within instance

Also, move the nsys workaround (if /usr/local/bin/nsys --version runs, sudo chmod 755 /opt/nvidia/nsight-systems)
