the pip3 install -r requirements.txt step fails to build openai-clip showing the following error message.

Failed to build 'openai-clip' when getting requirements to build wheel

This package is used for the CLIP model, if you don't run the CLIP model, you can comment it in requirements.txt or you can try the previous version: https://pypi.org/project/openai-clip/#history

You can still paste me the error log so I can get more details.
