Minor fixes

1. Add resizing / scroll to the AppRail to better support resizing
2. The home pane's calendar should hide if there is not enough space to display it
3. The footbar should scroll following the horizontal resizing of the window, while always remaining visible.
4. Initial size of the tauri window should be consistent / use always the same aspect ratio.
