Bug (Documentation): Typo in code block formatting in Latex package installation instructions

TL;DR: Typo while creating code #blocks

What's wrong

In the "Building PDFs" section of CONTRIBUTING.md, code blocks are incorrectly formatted, causing problems with rendering.
'console' shouldn't be rendered, and there should be a line break after sudo apt install latexmk.

Steps to Replicate

1. Go to CONTRIBUTING.md
2. Scroll down to the "Building PDFs" section
