Feature: Orbit correction improvement

Description, motivation and use case
This is based on the feedback of Working Group 1 (3rd pyAML workshop @swhite2401 @Amoutardier @xkillen @gayane960).

Proposed solution

• set the gains for the 2 planes individually: allow for the gain to be a list or numpy array
• override the number of eigenvectors with the kw argument, allow different values for H and V

@kparasch I think the orbit correction is done via pySC.

Changes should be easy to do by just touching pyaml/tuning_tools/orbit.py.

I would recommend:

1. Expanding the config model to hold singular_values_H and singular_values_V, and removing singular_values.
2. Adding additional arguments in the correct function: gain_H, gain_V.
3. trims_h and trims_v could be modified according to gain_H and gain_V before settings at L105.
4. gain should no longer be applied at L127.

Then care should be taken on what happens if for example both gain and gain_H is defined but not gain_V and all different combinations, or if corrections on only one plane is requested.

If no one takes it, I can assign it to myself next week.
